"Rivona" owns 118 retail center buildings in various cities across Lithuania, as well as other commercial real estate, which the company rents to UAB "Norfos mažmena" and other businesses in the country. The total area of the real estate exceeds 420,000 square meters, with approximately 75,000 square meters occupied by the production and administrative premises of the "Vingis" complex.

The company’s real estate stands out for its originality, particularly the large retail centers built according to a new concept, focusing not only on the functionality of the stores but also on aesthetically appealing, individually designed layouts for each retail space:

Some of the largest retail centers include:

  • "Bruklinas" in Šiauliai (about 33,000 sq. m) and "Tilžė" in Šiauliai (about 32,000 sq. m)

  • "Nbazė" in Vilnius (about 23,000 sq. m)

  • The largest in Ukmergė: PC "Eifelis" (about 13,000 sq. m)

  • PC "Eifelis" in Mažeikiai (about 13,000 sq. m)

  • "Hyper Norfa" in Klaipėda (Priestočio g.) and Vilnius (Kalvarijų g.) (about 9,000 sq. m)

  • "Norfa XXL" format retail centers in Kaunas (Šiaurės pr.), Telšiai (Gedimino g.), Šiauliai (Išradėjų g.), Jonava (Žeimių g.), and Vilnius (Ukmergės g.), each around 7,000–8,000 sq. m

A special place is also held by the variously sized "Norfa" retail centers in smaller Lithuanian cities such as Telšiai, Molėtai, and Anykščiai.

In 2025, the Company’s first seaside complex with integrated, modernly equipped sports spaces opened its doors in Palanga: “Norfa” is located on the first floor of the building, and indoor tennis courts – the Palanga Tennis Arena – is located on the second floor.

“Rivona” has bought the G9 Shopping Center located in the Old Town of Vilnius from the real estate investment fund “Lords LB Baltic Fund IV”; the total area of ​​the building is 17,367 square meters. The acquisition of G9 will strengthen Rivona’s real estate portfolio in a strategically attractive location. G9 currently houses stores of various international and Lithuanian brands, restaurants, a sports club and a co-working space, as well as a Lidl store.

In the administrative premises of the “Vingis” complex in Vilnius, Račių St. 1, a “Meliva” (”Kardiolita”) clinic, occupying 10,000 sq.m., has started its activity.

In 2026, it is planned to open two new HyperNorfas in Kaunas (R. Kalantos St.) and Panevėžys (Pilėnai St.). 

Not only small traders supplementing the assortment of “Norfa” choose to rent retail space near our stores, but also large chains: “Ermitažas”, “Jysk”, “Pepco”, “Sinsay”, “Deichmann”, “Senukai”, “Eurokos”, “Avitela”, “Autoaibė”, and many others.
